Inadmissible ! Une des employées de cette agence a annulé ma réservation (qui avait été passée par une agence en ligne intermédiaire, et elle n'avait pas le droit de le faire !!) J’arrive au comptoir et plus de voiture pour moi. Accueil inadmissible, "je suis en pause" me dit-elle.... gestion du problème en dessous de tout. Un grand merci en revanche à l'agence de gare de lyon où ils ont trouve une solution. Je vais faire remonter cela à la direction EUROPCAR FRANCE.

I was extremely sceptical of renting a car from here based on google reviews but since the price was so good we decided to take our chances. Luckily for us we had a great experience. We picked up the car at this location. The service was fast, friendly and they spoke English. We got a compact car for 4 days of unlimited miles for 100euros. The car was as a brand new (4000km) VW Beetle, it had all the bells and whistles. We dropped the car off at the Europcar at the airport with a seamless transaction. For my first car rental Europcar was fantastic!

Moins de monde qu'à l'agence de la gare de Lyon, (et garage plus facilement accessible), mais horaires faméliques.

Cobrança indevida e agressão na devolução do carro na loja. Tentaram cobrar 77 euros para colocar 20 litros de diesel no carro, não aceitamos e nos mesmo abastecemos o carro em um posto próximo e quando retornamos o senhor que faz o check out do carro deu um empurrão em meu marido. Retornamos ao Brasil e tivemos a infelicidade de ter cobrado em nosso cartão o valor de 877 euros e ninguém sabe o porque.

Nice people....easy transaction and a good solid car. Happy with the experience. Of course, they had to try to push for more insurance (even though I bought the insurance package online), but I just ignored them and paid with an American Express card which carries even more insurance....so I felt totally covered). I think the "sales pitch" thing is true for all car rental places...just a matter of life and so is ignoring them.

Worst experience renting ever. They couldnt tell us where the car was located, wasting time. Then when we returned the vehicle they overcharged us $85 which we've been struggling to dispute with them. Would never recommend Europcar.

Agence qui ne répond pas au téléphone après 16h car 1 seul agent pour toutes les départs et retours.
Si vous avez 5min de retard avant leur fermeture, il est impossible de prévenir. On vous facturera alors la journée supplémentaire à la réouverture. Mais ça, on vous le dit seulement quand le dossier est cloturé et que le véhicule est remis à la location. Ainsi 2 clients sont facturés pour une même journée et pour une même location. Rentable !
Et bien sûr, pas de geste commercial digne d'une enseigne de cette notoriété...

Le service client est à revoir. Véhicule pas disponible lors de retrait. Sous classement sans déduction immédiate.
