If I could give this business 6 stars I would without hesitation. My wife and I were visiting France and we were driving from Mt St Michele to Paris and our tire blew out on the highway. We were able to install the temporary tire and we drove to our next destination. We contacted the rental company and they were of little help. We stopped at First Stop to see if they could fix our tire but due to the damage, the tire needed to be replaced. I do not speak French but we were lucky enough to meet a gentleman who spoke enough English and he did everything he could to try to help us. He and his assistant must have made 20 calls as they checked other stores to see if they had our tire. After at least 45 minutes, they found a Peugot dealer who was near our next destination who could replace the tire. I wish I could thank the gentleman and his assistant but all I could offer was a heartfelt thank you and a handshake. I have rarely experienced this level of customer service and commitment and if I lived in the town, this business would have a customer for life.
