The fuel pump is a fraud. 3 days after refueling with 30€ they charged my bank account with about 270€. I am now trying to recover my money with the bank and am going to denounce it to the police too.

We purchased gas at this BP station on October 7th. We had traveled via our car for 10 days and purchased gas at many stations along the way. This is the only one where we had a problem. Shortly after returning to our home in Spain, we noticed two charges of 120 Euros each to the charge card that we used. Our purchase was actually for 35.11 Euros. One of the 120 charges was automatically reversed several more days later and one remains. Upon calling the station, rather than checking their own records, are requiring that we document the purchase. They apparently do not use an email address, so we have to either mail or fax the information. All this time consuming work on our part seems unfair since the error is clearly their fault. We have never had an experience like this with any of our credit card purchases over the years.
We'll never share your email with anyone else.
