Plush apartment, great location for city lovers. Could do with some extra munchies or some lait in the fridge...rather frugal all things considered

Excellent service. Only breakfast is available. Very very difficult area for drivers to know the way to

This hotel is 2 stars, at best. First, it is an old apartment building that was repurposed. It looks horrible from the outside, and the inside isn’t much better. The toilets are down the hall from the actual bathroom and sink, the balcony too dirty to even go out on, but if you did you’d see a view of run down buildings that make you question your safety. Also, the hotel has two entrances - one at the sidewalk level and one at a garage level. The sidewalk level entrance was shut down requiring us to use the other entrance down nearly 50 stairs. Of course, this being a run down hotel the escalator was broken for the entirety of our six night stay (suggesting no effort to repair it) requiring me to carry my infant son, his baby carriage, and our luggage down lots of stairs. Although the hotel agreed to open the sidewalk level entrance upon special request, this was only possible if we called and waited outside the locked door for someone to manually open it. Completely ridiculous. Across the street is another hotel which looked clean, modern, and with an entrance on the proper level. I wish I stayed there. Finally, even though I prepaid for the hotel in full they charged my credit card additional amounts after I checked out - without telling me - for so-called “tax.” I have contacted the hotel, however, their customer service skills are as poor as their premises. Do yourself a favor and when traveling to Paris don’t make the same mistake I did - STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Room was really huge, more an apartement than a double room.
Breakfast was ok, not a big variety, found an eggshell in my scrambled eggs, but there is the possibility of take-away breakfast.
There was some strange smell in the floor (outside the room). Heard nearly every noise from other rooms.
Expected a little bit more from a 5-star hotel ;)

Fantastic staff, excellent rooms. We had a great time and enjoyed our long breakfasts with the friendly guys there.

We stayed one night on April and left the front desk a very harsh letter after receiving a room which smelled of cigarettes, the towel heater socket broken and off the wall (by it self a very serious safety hazard) and the tub with HAIRS in it.
We were moved to a new room to again find low maintenance that appeared in the sink stopper broken, the tap in the bath hard to adjust and with a weak stream, a very problematic flushing button in the toilet and horrifyingly again HAIRS in the shower, sink and behind the towel heater
The only reason we refused to move again was the very late hour (22:45) and the fact we were travelling with two young and very tired children aged 5 and 3.
The staff which manned that shift were as helpful as they could in the frame of their responsibility but we were not satisfied to say the least with the fact that no manager was on shift or none that approached us later on.
We reserved our room in advance knowing we were arriving in Paris after a long car ride, for a few hours before a flight, and decided to indulge ourselves in spite of the limited time, in a 5 star recommended hotel, and paid an undebatable large amount of money....
In conclusion-Disappointment!

This place is nice and comfortable. You can cook as well. One thing that I did not like is the room did not have a bath tub. Everything else is quite nice and comfortable.

I've stayed in many (many) hotels in the La Defence area and am thinking of making this place my primary one. It's very reasonably priced with large, comfortable rooms, convenient location and good soundproofing. It even has a good kitchen. I found it a home away from home while on business.
