Bonne ambiance et très bonnes saveurs du pays pour une addition honnête et un service souriant et efficace. On y reviendra promis juré. .

The food was gorgeous, starting with a moelle osseuse (bone marrow) served with salt, a large portion that gave a big umami hit, and other options included snails, haddock and soups. For the mains you just choose your meat and it is served with pomme frites and salade verte. We went for Paleron de bœuf croustillant - slow cooked beef shoulder that is then fried to give a crispy outer coating. This was melt in the mouth heaven. We didn’t get a dessert as by this point we were stuffed but they did look very good.

The best restaurant we went to during our stay in town (although we didn't try the Michelin starred one!). Quite small and you may have to share tables. Good quality food - fairly expensive but reflects quality of food compared with most of the restaurants in the place. Very friendly services, would happily return.

The waitresses are friendly, speak very good English and will help you out with the menu. The restaurant is partly owned by Alexandre Gauthier of L’Auberge de Grenouille a Michelin Star restaurant just out of town. It is a definite must visit

I went to Froggys' Tavern on a day trip to the picturesque town of Montreuil sur Mer. Nestled in a courtyard just off the main square Froggys' is the perfect place for lunch with a well-priced set menu for either €21.50 for two courses or €28 for three courses. The restaurant is only small so booking is a must and you are likely to be sharing a table with others.

Great food, fairly priced and a lovely sunny courtyard setting. Would highly recommend a visit to this town and restaurant.

Brilliant restaurant with excellent local food and great wine. The staff are very helpful if you need anything translated and all speak reasonable English - but will be delighted if you try French. You may share a table but that is part of the atmosphere. It is worth reserving a table in the evening as they are often full particularly in winter when they don't have the outside seating.

Really tasty food and good service. Very uncomfortable seating though.
