Bad customer service. We were buying some balls for the children and they were trying them out when a staff member came and grabbed the balls out of their hands and snapped at them to not play there! And he didn’t even know the answers to any questions about the products. Guy obviously hates his job, I wonder why he is there!
We put back everything and went across to the Decathlon. Lovely customer service and two year guarantee!

Add to that the quality is not great and they offer no guarantee on their products. They almost sold us a ball that we found had a tear on it.

There is no product guarantee here. A ball we almost bought had a tear in it. If we hadn’t seen it on time we would have been stuck with it! Is it possible that you buy something without looking at it properly first? Yes, because when we were trying out different types of balls a staff member came and rudely grabbed it out of my daughter’s hand and told her not to play with it! This same person could not answer basic questions about the products.

Decathlon is miles better, especially in terms of customer service and product guarantee.

For sports stuff has most of what you need. But get there half an hour before closing time or you might find yourself locked outside!

Fidèle aux magasins Go sport en général, aucune qualité de services! N'y allez que si vous êtes sur de votre choix! j'ai renouvelé plusieurs fois l’expérience et rien y fait. Des problèmes à répétition. Vive la concurrence.
