Quelle bonne et belle surprise cette arrivée en Guadeloupe ! Nous étions bien fatigués après ce long voyage: nous avions eu du retard au décollage. Heureusement, dès notre atterrissage, nous avions aussitôt été pris en charge par une charmante personne qui nous a guidé , conseillé, et conduit à notre voiture. Du coup, nous étions tout de suite dans l'ambiance et nous avons pu tout de suite admirer les paysages guadeloupéens! Merci encore pour votre efficacité et votre sourire! Il faudrait plus de personnes comme vous dans nos voyages! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

This car rental company should be avoided!!
We reserved and paid for a car rental in April 2016. When we arrived with the cruise ship in Point a Pitre on January 18,2017 we went straight to the "rental office", but nobody was there at 9 am. After some time the lady came and copied our drivers licence. She then told us that we had to pay the security deposit of €800 in cash, since the electronic card device did not work. Of course, we did not carry that much cash with us, so we couldn't get the car. She did not make any effort at all, luckily, we got our money back. I travel a lot, but have never seen anything more unprofessional than this. Hands off this crummy place!
