Tour service was great, answered almost all questions, didn't know everything about the place but still quality visit

Fun tour of how the Hennessy cognac is made & stored. Barrels from the 1800s are stored here being gates. Free taste testing after tour! Also, great gift option of travel size Cognac bottles available.

Very expensive tour. Slick production values and hides the factory. Interesting but it's a facade not the fact. And yes, you get to taste some cognac. :)

Went on the xo tour to learn about the process of making Cognac and history of Hennessy. Good pace so you can absorb the info and still enjoy the visual aids

The Hennessy tour and tasting were both OK. The tour is offered in a variety of languages, but that also means you have to reserve well in advance if you want to go in a timely manner when you get there. They also won't let one person in your party do one type of tasting and someone else another (they offer different levels), even though the tour is the same and ends up in the same tasting room, which is a disappointment. It starts with a boat, which is pretty cool, but the vast majority of the "tour" is going into a room where you watch videos on the production process. The only real thing you see is a barrel room. The videos and such are high-tech. There's a lot of detail put into it, and it was fun to watch the video about the cooper. But it's also kind of disappointing when most if it is stuff you should be able to watch on the internet. That said, we had a nice guide. I'd just have to assume there are more interesting tours in town.

Best cognac tour and I've been on them all. Loved the boat ride especially, and how we were taught to appreciate the aroma and taste as if we were on the committee
