We stayed 3 days staying at Hotel Les Bruyers, and the closest restaurant was the Hippopotamus. So it was our only option (our car had broken, and we were waiting for a solution). The waitresses are uneducated, rude and insist on speaking French with customers, even understanding what we speak in English. A waitress named Julia even came to take our food off the table, without even having finished eating. We were outraged. They are not kind or cordial, much less educated. They treat us as if we are asking for food, when we are paying and very expensive. They are kind to the French, but they treat tourists like garbage.

Much better food and customer service than similar places next to travellers hotels in UK. Definitely recommend eating here.

Lieu agréable et équipe professionnelle et sympathique.
Bon choix de viandes de qualité
Plats simples. On va à l'essentiel mais il faut aimer surtout les bonnes pièces de bœuf !
Pour les viandards!
Petit bémol au niveau des prix. Un peu cher.
