The room size is a little bit small..you can request your pillow (normal, antibacterial or else)..foods are great taste..near with lava church (0.5-1 km from hotel)

It's great. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfortable.

It's acceptable. The location is feasible walk to many of the places you want to go in downtown Clermont-Ferrand. The rooms are consistently clean. The staff is friendly and accessible. I have had problems with desk furniture over two stays. An uncomfortable/broken chair and a broken lamp.

So. I really like the hotel, just not a perfect 3 star kind of like.... more like a 4.5. The rooms are slightly dated but it's definitely clean and the beds are very comfortable. I've stayed here at least 2 months worth of nights and am always happy and will continue staying here.
