Biggest issue is the bill in excess of 1.200€ that I recieved after two nights - the equivalent hotel and dining experience could have been found in Alsace for arround 50% of the price.
Restaurant - mediocre at best 39€ for a scallop dish with 3 scallops on making it a rip-off - wine glass ran dry on several occations - hostess drenged in perfume taking away any smell for 10 minutes - a real dissapointment.
This place is not over priced - it is massively overpriced - the feeling of beening ripped off is emminent.
In short:
Rooms - Junior Suite is just an oversized normal room - no extra furniture to create ambience - chipped paint in the bathrooms - again nothing good to say.

Nice place to be
Spa - I the only thing which seems to be working for this place - the opening hours of the Spa could be extended (currently it opens at 14:00) - Other than that the Spa is small and fine.

I went there for a business trip so had no time to enjoy the wellness so no comments there. The room has a good size and pretty clean. I was unlucky to be there during an ongoing construction so in my bedroom it was quite noise and the workers could see inside it. The bed was comfortable but the pillows terrible. In the room it was extremely hot and it was not possible to regulate the heater as it is central. Good breakfast. I found it expensive for what it offers.

Charming. Lovely location. Good stopping point en route to Switerland
The problem is that it is a obvious "has been" or "want to be" place - not realizing their own capabilities they are producing a show which they cannot handle at a price that they cannot charge.
