This is a really stunning hotel - terrific friendly staff / great ski in /out location / great skis and boots for hire in the hotel and the staff in the ski shop are so helpful

The hotel is so genarouse as they provided two cakes for two different nights for birthday celebrants

Two things we were not satisfied about:

So many guests in our group had theirs main course before the starter, or you get both at the same time. The Resturant is in a big mess and can't believe it's part of Koh-I-Nor.

We are a group of 13 people one night they removed a table from us and we had to sit so closely.

Secondly: the Resturant: the staff are kind but not trained at all, they walk around the Resturant without looking at guests, we have to call them because there will never be a chance for an eye contact. They take the order and when they bring it they ask who ordered this???!!!

Beautiful view, excellent ski-in/ski-out, service in ski room - fantastic. Sunny terrace for apres ski drink. It seems that the food in restaurant was too molecular)

The Resturant staff need major service training

The lobby's fire place was annoying as it always smooky and made our gathering in the lobby impossible

Our hotel experience was really good, the hotel staff, the rooms, the spa, the ski room and the ski shop staff were amazing. We have seen good staff in ski shops but nothing like the ski staff at Koh-I-Nor

Lovely hotel. Attentive staff. The hotel is the top in Val Thorens, but provided promptly transfer for access to anywhere in the village. Pleasant ski-in ski-out. Wonderful kitchen. Particularly impressed by the restaurant the day of truffles. Superbly prepared local French food in a small restaurant of the hotel. Surprised operational service on their car on the roads of snow clearing. Ski slopes are very wide and safe. Network-lift and ski slopes make it possible to travel around the region of three valleys. From the hotel to Courchevel 1850, ski - in half an hour. In general - all great. One problem-very-expensive food, drinks, ski passes. Twice Austria, Italy and Germany. Best wishes and safe skiing.
