Great room, hotel, but terrible experience with a smoker in a nearby room. Luckily our receptionist quickly stopped them from continuing to smoke just outside our door.

Propre et bien tenu, des chambres modernes. J'ai pas pu tester le petit déjeuner mais le tarif est très correct. Comme tout hôtel à Paris, il mal insonorisé mais rien qui pourra perturber vraiment votre nuit.

The bed sheets were not changed before I arrived. The sheets were dirty, stained and had other people's hairs on them. The door was also stained. I was bitten several times during the night and found bedbugs. I could not sleep and complained to staff. I asked for another room or for the bedsheets to be changed. The staff said they couldn't do anything and that I should wait for the manager to return at 8 am the next morning. I could not get any sleep and stayed up all night waiting for the manager. When the manager finally arrived I explained the situation and showed him pictures of the room. He refused to give me a refund and said there was no problem with the room. He said this without going to check the room himself. He did not even apologise. The manager had a disgusting attitude!!! Avoid this place!!!
