Nice location and friendly staff. But, our room wasn't ready for 2 hours after check-in time, the room was noisy and the breakfast was way to expensive for the quality and choice. I would consider staying again though as they may of just been having an 'off' day. And then just get a breakfast at one of the many close by restaurants for half the price.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Lille. Perfect location to shopping, superb restaurants and attractions. Situated in the heart of such a lovely quaint city in the north. The Flanders people are some of the best around!

Ideal location with friendly staff. Spacious bedroom with classical furniture. Bathroom could be improved

Nice hotel. Good room with a nice view. The room could do with a little bit of maintanance though - gaps in laminate flooring, shower drain not opening fully resulting in the bath filling up while having a shower.

Beautiful hotel with great design and lights. Didn't attend this hotel for its rooms but for a social event on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend.

I attended a professional event at the Hotel Carlton. The hotel ihas a vintage atmosphere, even if sometimes vintage goes to oldish, it needs a good renovation. The waiter who made the service was very average, I'd say probably half deaf because of the volume of his voice when replying. I must confess that I expected something more at a 4 stars hotel.
