Très beau chateau avec un superbe parc. La piscine est dans un endroit isolé et très tranquille !
Les plats sont élaborés avec une petite touche avec les légumes/épices du jardin.
Je recommande

But beware the breakfast. It falls short of even hospital food. The scrambled eggs are a crime, and the bacon so limp it might well have been boiled. Even that most reliable standard of French cuisine, the baguette, has been shrunk, perhaps to look cute, but is hard and dry.

The manicured grounds are a visual delight. The building, although clearly historic, is well renovated and impeccably maintained. The rooms, although a little gloomy with small windows, are generous in size and nicely decorated with period furniture.

And the bar is warmly panneled in period oak. It's a cozy place for a digestif.

Une chambre magnifique un très bon repas, le château est dans un parc où il fait bon se promener. Des employés très agréable et professionnels avec une fin de soirée parfaite au bar, en bref un excellent moment.

Classic and yet very comfortable to stay at. Very good staff and food experience. The house and grounds are beautiful. Basic room is perhaps a bit too basic though. A special place for a weekend away. Recommended.

So I suggest a stay, if you take your meals elsewhere. And there is a wealth of choice, especially for seafood as fresh as it comes.

The entre, (appetiser in France) was, on the other hand, generous, delicious, and nicely presented. But an attempt at imaginative presentation of the vegetables on my plate as if a pizza, again involved a hard and seemingly stale crust.

But the dinner too was disappointing. The amuse Boucher included a slice of a smoked salmon wrapped in a tortilla, and a cube of cheese pressed into sesame seeds. Church basement circa 1970?

Magnificent hotel and grounds with modern accommodations on the inside and stately and grand style on the outside. Service and staff was impeccable. Can you please pass the grey poupon ?

The servers, and indeed all the staff are as warm as are professional. They mitigate in some measure the weakness of the kitchen.
