Your staff was outstanding - very warm and friendly and so gracious - which is deeply appreciated. My first trip to Paris, and when I return, it will be to your hotel. Great location, great ambiance and again, I can't compliment the staff enough. The restaurant/breakfast was exceptional as well. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

My sincere thanks for a wonderful stay! Absolutely great, comfortable hotel with a most friendly, accommodating staff, especially Jean Paul, a real gem at concierge, who was always taking care of me. Housekeeping was diligent and they kept everything noticeably clean. No mold or mildew here and the air conditioner worked great. My only issue was that the doors in the hallway -which close very easily- kept getting slammed by either housekeeping or guests or both. Loved that the inside rooms facing the courtyard are really quiet and though there was construction going on in various parts of the hotel, I do appreciate any needed renovations being made. Excellent breakfast that goes till 2:00pm was very convenient and I liked that the location of the hotel is near a lot of bistros, restaurants, shops etc and only a few blocks from the Champs Elysees. I would highly recommended to any of my friends and colleagues and hope to come back to stay there next year!

Nice 4 stars hotel with good service . Rooms are clean but not luxurious. Also,it's very boring hotel no activities and the TV channels are a killer

your hotel was recommended to me by my travel agent, and she was absolutely right in doing so. Before coming I checked some comments on Trip Adviser, and the critics are totally wrong. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff are really helpful, specially for us first timers in Paris. The room we booked was really nice, 620, and our overall experience was great. The Concierge and his assistant found us second tickets to a specific theater play, was great seat, and their recommendations for places to visit ans things to do were perfect.
We will definitely recommend your hotel to our network, and if we ever visit Paris again, we will surely stay at your hotel once again. One last thing, the hotel location also is ideal.

Fine hotel. Thing that bothered us was at least house keeping could have put every night, during our 6 night stay, a couple of bottles of water. When asked the supervisor claimed that she did not know where we could get some bottles, when in fact a Monoprix was a few hundred meters from the hotel. It's the little things.

We only had a one night stay however the staff were charming and very helpful. Our room was gorgeous with everything that we needed. Would love to have stayed longer. Also, great location!

I am very impressed with the perfect room service and housekeeping! Perfect like a 5 star hotel! Brawo!!
The receptionist were poorly helpful on the other hand! Did not help me with my luggace unless I asked.. improvement needed!
