And while this is not supposed to be a cheap stay, the breakfast at 19 Euros per person is a bit of a joke. 38 Euros for 6 croissants and a bit of bread, OJ and coffee. 2 miniature pots of jam and 2 of honey. I have no problem with the price of the breakfast, but try to make it look worth it at least!

There's very little to dislike about this hotel, especially with the sun shining. The room was clean and stylish, with a nice little balcony as well. The spa is very pleasant. Throughout, the staff are polite and efficient.

Cote Ouest is set to the south end of Les Sables. It is directly opposite the very south end of the beach which means great views from many rooms and five minutes walk to the beach but about 6 minutes drive from the main town. The hotel itself feels very modern and well designed, the interior decoration and it’s nautical theme work very well with carefully chosen items and expensive furnishings. The bar and restaurant are also very appealing and well located overlooking the outdoor pool and beach. We stayed in a suite which is the same size as two normal rooms, features a large king-size bed and sofa bed, it also has two balconies with great views of the pool and beach. The only negatives for me is the the restaurant which has a limited and overpriced menu, on the first night I had cod and it was the smallest portion I have ever seen, at stupid expensive price. The next night we chose more carefully but will still unimpressed, instead we ended up eating at other local restaurants which offered much better variety and more reasonable prices (and with friendlier service). Breakfast was much better, buffet with a good range of food. Also what’s with the lack of overnight laundry (the best they can do is 3 days turn-around), how is that a four-star hotel feature? Bonus points from me for having Tesla Destination chargers.

Un accueil aussi chaleureux que professionnel. Un hôtel parfaitement bien situé. Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous. La piscine est assez grande pour ce bel hôtel.
Je vous recommande ce beau moment de détente.

It's without a doubt one of the best hotels in Les Sables-d'Olonne with well sized rooms, great restaurant and large relaxing terrace over a small lake. Good parking also very convenient. The crew is friendly and always helpful.

My niggles are: bath towels too small and only 1/person: not acceptable in a hotel of this class. Minimum amount of toiletries. Low-end cheapo toilet paper; COME ON GUYS at these prices, you can afford nice toilet paper!
