Nous sommes restés une nuit à chalons en champagne dans cet Hotel on peut dire Hôtellerie accueil professionnel et chaleureux une table divine un service attentionné et impeccable la table offre une gastronomie très achevée qui mérite une étoile, la chambre spacieuse dispose d'une salle bains et d'une douche est joliment décorée

The restaurant was fully booked when we arrived. It would have been helpful to have been forewarned when booking that we may need to make a reservation. We'd traveled far so ate around the corner at 7pm and were back in the hotel by 8.30. The restaurant was still only half full at this point so a more helpful team would have been able to fit us in I think. Failing that an apology and an offer to help us reserve a table elsewhere would have been kind given that neither of us spoke much French.

Good-looking hotel, comfortable rooms, nice staff, great location and easy cheap park just in front of the hotel. As it is an old building, the sound isolation is not great and you can hear the neighbours.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The only downside was the very poor wifi which didn't work in the room during the evening and the airconditioning in the room not working.

notre séjour était trop court on y reviendra Bel hotel et la meilleure table de notre séjour qui nous a mené de Reims à sedan en passant par Bouillon la Meuse etc.. Gérard et Colette bonnet

On the plus side the bathroom was really luxurious and the breakfast was nice, all be it pricey at €16 per head. The hotel was clean and quiet. The town itself was also really lovely and the location convenient for a stop off when traveling from the south of France to the UK.

Room ok if a touch on the small side but the bed was two singles pushed together, complete with two sets of bedding. Parking was very sparse and the receptionist had to help people find space to squeeze into.
