The beds are good and they have air-conditioning in the rooms, but the water in the shower alternates between scalding and Luke warm, which makes taking a shower frustrating.

Great location and friendly staff. It's steps away from a major train and metro station so you can get anywhere easily. It's also close to a movie theater, grocery store r e, and many restaurants.

Staff seem friendly, room was not cleaned properly as we found socks from he previous guests.aircon was not functioning but still blew air out, randomly started blowing hot air out on a warm evening....

Bad service. My credit card has been blocked by the hotel for already one month. I send them a lot of emails but no one replies. I also made a lot of phone calls and they said it was de-blocked already but they even didn't know who I was. I am very angry and would like to discourage everyone from choosing this hotel.

Worst experience. I got my room ready at 3.30 pm.
Also they have very small room nd no other extra things incide the room. Not even a spoon.

The hotel was crisp clean, quite compact but suitable for my needs, there was breakfast, but nothing in the evening bearing this in mind it was a reasonable place to stay . Transport is by taxi. As the train station (you can walk it's only 5-10mins)is not far providing you are traveling by Eurostar, arriving by air is quite different the only thing I liked about the airport at Charles de Gaulle was the departure.
