Clean,, air con was the best i've experienced in any hotel.
Breakfast was good.
Very helpful and personal service.
Would stay again.
I would rate this better than some 4* hotel.

This hotel is really good if someone is looking for a short stay in Nice. The staff were really good. We enjoyed our stay. However only thing is you need to submit room keys to reception whenever you are going out. Rooms were bit small. but its equipped with minibar, hairdryer, cupboard. Its near to Negresco Hotel and near to Beach. Airport is just 15 mins away by bus.

Very nice little boutique hotel, 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the train station. Small room with comfortable bed newly remodeled bathroom. Very accommodating staff and great little courtyard to enjoy breakfast.

Service is excellent! Staff were extremely helpful getting us to all the places we wanted to be. Room was clean, but somewhat shabby. Very pink! Musty smell means the room was closed up with no ventilation for way too long.

Very helpful staff, nice location as not so far to the beach and city popular places. Well equipped, clean but small room about 14-15 sq.m. City noise for room with street view but acceptable.

Service is top of the line, 5 stars. Room had mold, 1 star(neurtoxin which causes sever illness). Location was fantastic, 5 stars. Beautiful outdoor courtyard with fountain, 5 stars.

The hotel rooms are superb, but the reason to come here are the people at the hotel. We came here without much of an itenary, intending to explore the place on the go. The lady manning the reception was kind enough to provide us maps. Show us good locations to explore. Suggest events we could attend, this made our trip so memorable. Thank you so much .

This hotel feels a little run down. But the location is good and the rooms are refurbished. The room we got was small but worked out well for us as we stayed one night only. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good hotel albeit a bit pricey for a shorter stay.

Maybe the rooms could have had a little more space but for the price I can't complain.
Would stay there again. - location - excellent.
