Sehr gut situiertes Hotel. Nettes personal, einfaches Buffet Frühstück mit Bring-to-room service ohne Aufpreis. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter aber nicht unangenehm.

I've stayed in worse places. It's very central and that's the biggest plus. But cleanliness is the issue here. Our room was not great when we checked in, room was not cleaned during the day. Thin walls and a bit noisy at times too. But it was only for a couple of nights so its bearable.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel type château hanté. Tout est salle à l'intérieur, notre chambre sentait la moisisure, la salle de bain était dans un état catastrophique, tous les carreaux étaient recouverts de moisisure, le rideau de douche n'a pas été changé depuis 10 ans au moins. Il y avait des cafards dans la chambre. Le personnel n'est pas accueillant et fait peur.

If you're lucky you get a room that's decent. If not you might regret it.
Some rooms are renovated, for example the room I was given in the front of the hotel. This was after I requested to change rooms because the first one I was given was ran down with a bad view of a ran down back alley area.
Getting to your room is a challenge. The hotel setup is like a maze. You get off the elevator and you're NEVER on your floor... you either have to go a bit up or a bit down with the stairs. Never seen this before.
The toilet (bowl) is in a separate room than the bath and sink - I guess it's a french thing.

had to run away and change hotel. Blankets were old with stains. Sheets were not clean with hairs on the pillows. And no wifi. For the price, there are much better deals.

C'est une honte. Difficile de comprendre comment ils ont pu obtenir les 3 étoiles. Ménage médiocre (une bouteille de shampooing restée ouverte dans la SDB), moquette sale, SDB d'un autre temps, personnel peu aimable. À éviter d'urgence!
