Amazingly quiet place. We stayed in a room overlooking the train station and could not hear once ounce of traffic. Staff was super helpful and spoke good English (I'm French but my partner is british). Bed was very comfy, shower was good. Room was clean. The car park is a few minutes walk and the hotel will give you a voucher to cover the night charge. You'll have to pay for the day charge but it's pretty cheap compared to the UK. There's a bakery next door where we had a great breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops around and only 5 minutes walk from the lake and historic bits. A great place to stay.

Simple traditional hotel run by very friendly people, close to the Gare D'Annecy. Rooms are small but fine for one person. Great breakfast and coffee. Fourth floor rooms have a simple air conditioner. Lower floor rooms do not. Can be hot if you're there during a heat wave.

We loved our Stay at Hotel des Alpes. The front staff were very friendly and spoke English very well. Parking was easy to find and our room was one of the best we had on our vacation. It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The location was just a few blocks from the canals with easy access to the train station. We would stay here again in a heart beat. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Good location, clean rooms which are small buy nicely finished. Bathrooms are small but I don't spend too much time in them, so it wasn't a problem. The concierge was extremely helpful, he made everything very easy. Free WiFi is available, the breakfast was very good value

2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the old town, the hotel is in a perfect location with plenty of stores and restaurants around. Although in a busy part of town, our room was amazingly quiet. Bed was really comfy, shower was good and room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Wifi was good. Parking is a few minutes walk. Hotel will give you a voucher to cover the price of overnight parking (the day rate is very low so not a big deal). Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you so much for the very nice accommodations! Great location, clean rooms, very helpful staff - everything was just right to make my visit to Annecy a wonderful experience. And the price is right too, very reasonable.
