Pagar por habitación de lujo y obtener flores de plástico chinas y mustias. Pisos helados, albornoz barato y pantuflas que sólo sirven para niños.

The hotel and staff are good but we stayed in room 11 and it is small. I know you can't do anything about it but at the price is was not great value, you should either make sure people know it is small or reduce the price a bit so that people know it is not going to be a 'normal' sized room.
Apart from that we enjoyed our stay but if I was to come back I would specify 'not room 11'

Unfriendly and not particularly helpful staff. Seemingly uninterested in the primary reason for most people being there, namely the medieval town itself.

Very nice location super friendly staff // could've done with a night snack/food menu and we would've happily stayed on the terrace a bit longer. Overall, well done! Very nice establishment!

Great hotel and staff..
We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel, the room (no 1) was lovely, although maybe slightly small, the glass partition to the bathroom made it feel a good size, bright and quite luxurious. The staff were amazing, when we struggled with the Language they really helped. The pool is lovely, the distance to the walled city is perfect. The wine is great to. We racked up a good bar bill
