Hotel simple mais bien tenu. Extrêmement bien placé. Bon accueil. Chambres un peu vieillottes, petit déjeuner simple mais correct. Litterie confortable. Pas de charme particulier mais correct pour quelques nuits.

The location was great and right near the bus stop from the airport. Our first night we had a very small room with a good sized bath and large window on the street. When we returned after 12 days of traveling we were in a very small room with a very small bathroom on the back size of the hotel that looked out on a roof and no view whatsoever. We did not dare sleep with the windows open for fear of rats even though we never saw any. Breakfast at 8 euros was a little steep in a very instituion like dining area. Very clean.

The hotel is in the heart of Bordeaux just off a main square full of shops. The rooms are clean but devoid of any decoration and quite small. The staff are friendly and helpful.

If you want somewhere close to the city centre that is quite comfortable and reasonably priced. Hotel Gambetta is a good choice. We just wanted somewhere to sleep and get a bit of breakfast, so this was a good option for us.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Located in pedestrian area, you need to park a little way away and teach it on foot.

Rooms are okay, croissants and jam for breakfast, night shift on counter doesn't speak english...

Good price / quality ratio, firendly personal, clean place. A bit small room and limited space for luggage and things, but that's expected for an officially two-star hotel single-room.
