The area doesn't appear to be a friendly one, so much litter, and clothing scattered across the streets.

It is quite creepy walk around this location late at night. Rooms are small. Just two power outlets per room. Rooms are small and the cleaning can be improved. The rooms require more isolation to reduce the noise coming from your neighbor rooms. I won't come back or recommend this place to a friend.

Possibly the worst 2 hours of my life, checked in, walked into the 'room', looked at what they called a 'room', then proceeded to airbnb to move as quickly as possible.

Lovely hotel. Staff are a bit slow but may have been the language barrier. Has a machine downstairs to order takeaways to your room from places around the town. Rooms are nice and good price, near the metro. Only downside was the broken shower (didn't stay on the holder so we had to hold it), and the broken lights under the Dado (skirting board in the middle of the wall), which seemed like it would have been lovely if it worked.

P.S. Location of this hotel is very far away from the city center, and bad service is a thing that crosses everything. Budget - means really budget choice.

Nothing to see in the area at all, a good 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Personal of this hotel did their work to remain very bad impression about this hotel and Paris.

Sadly I dislike this hotel and can't recommend it for anyone :-( Especially it's worst service on reception. They have a very budget hotel and don't have even hair dryer (we asked few days for it, but they told that they don't have enough hair dryers for all rooms and can't even tell me when they will have at least one). Man on reception is a person who "don't care about clients", as he told me. I can't believe that this "man on reception" can't even invite his manager, because "he don't know when his manager is on work".

PS: So one of my pictures that describes the need od renovation has been removed by... who? Of course I will upload it again.

Well, this Hotel is for staying a night and nothing else more. The staff was impolite and took too long time to process the simplest questions. Maybe they are working too long here or, what is more probably the case: their work environment is really bad. IBIS: You are going a crappy way. Pay your emploeyees fair and make them love their job. And invest in your buildings: the building and the rooms need renovation soon as seen in the pictures I have posted concerning this hotel. And please: change your way of environmental practice: the whole breakfast consists of plastic waste. Is that your big idea?

As the name suggests, it is a budget hotel. The twin bed rooms are also very small and the bathroom is extremely small. All the sounds inside the toilet and bathroom would be heard outside. :-) Major problem is about the bad area on the left side of the hotel. It is always better to exit the hotel and take right to reach the main road instead of left. You might encounter mugging on the left road. Breakfast served is also reasonable for the price.

Awesome Budget Place in Paris. Good connectivity to city - No 95 bus to lovre museum. Rest is accessible by metro.

The surroundings of this hotel is dirty, lot of slum and you won't feel safe walking here. DO NOT park your car on the streets as advised by the hotel staff. Hotel is good to sleep after busy touring paris

The room itself.
No toilet seat, toilet paper was like tracing paper and there was no lock.
The shower room was see through, no lock, smelled funky.
There was make up on my pillow, the mattresses where like the ones you'd find in a prison, not that I'd know but they were as bad as I can imagine.
The room needed repairs, there was burns in the floor, the TV was physically broken, the sheets didn't seem fresh, only 2 towels and 2 cups for a triple room and a tiny bar of soap.

it was cheap and a bed to sleep in was ok for what we required as out sightseeing from early hours till late so it was enough for us. a shower and toilet and bed was sufficient if your looking for something more don't stay here. the bakery next door was nice and supermarket was handy to stock up on essentials for the day. the bus under flyover took you to nearby metros or the short walk right from hotel and under fly over there was a metro there too if u don't mind the walk..

The rooms were clean and well kept. The shower and toilet are just that but the shower is quite large and amazing pressure on the sixth floor. The toilet is out of a ship cruiseliner and build to survive the toughest sailor. The bed is firm and clean with nice sheets but you would do well to bring your own pillow as the pillows do as well as a fresh baguette. Overall it's in a great location from a Metro or bus and is amazing for getting to see France.

Location had a great view on the streets, room was big enough for 3 people. Bathroom and toilet are seperated which was nice :)

That was fine: The location is near the centre of Paris, you can sleep well (if you accept some minor hygienic deficits) - the rooms are very quiet. There are automats for all kinds of drinks and also food in the lobby.

As a cheap hotel, the room is very simple. But it is clean and have all you need to sleep well. The shower have a good pressure and a good regulation. Around the hotel you can find all you need as restaurants, laundry, metro and more.

It was pretty good. They had fast Internet and pretty good room service. Breakfast could be better but overall I really enjoyed it there.

Appeared to be used as a quick fumble hotel.
