Hotel had bed bugs in two different rooms, and no A/C. Parking was initially hard to find and the area appeared crime ridden.

Basic hotel. Gets the job done, but don't expect anything else. Beds are uncomfortable and there is no lock on the bathroom door. Everything else is ok. Service is fine. Overall location is dirty and disgusting - Sarcelles desperately needs to be cleaned up - the view from my window is over 100 pieces of trash + broken glass on a lawn.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. It is a good base as it's attached to a shopping centre, has a pharmacy around the corner, and a tram stop outside that takes you to the RER Station Garges Sarcelles. From there you can get to the centre of Paris and if you change at Gare Nord to CDG airport. There is a hairdryer and shower gel in the room and the rooms are cleaned every day. The cons are; no English channels on tv except bbc world news, no tea/coffee in room and can be a bit noisy at times. The downside if the location is that there are no places to go for an evening stroll it's very residential apart from the numerous kebab shops.

The receptionist was very rude to us upon arrival! We arrived after mid night and he rudely asked for our visa card with which we made the online booking.
We when said we paid using our friend's visa card and we came from a different region 4 hours drive, he replied he cant let us inside the room!!! We were shocked and I was holding my 2 year old son who was so tired.

Terrible

When I said I want to meet his manger he quickly changed attitude! I really did not like that and all of that made me feel so bad.
