Very small rooms even for Europe. Moist and with bad heating. Do not come here when weather is bad. Nice reception and front. Funny halways designed like stone paved tram tracks and cargo containers. Hotel is in bussy street but nicely sound insulated. Breakfast area is small so yoi have to wait to get food. Food is not bad but variety is small. Would not come here again.

Hotel is very well placed and is good for the price. The place is clean, and the breakfast is very good.

A very clean, comfortable and ideally located hotel, with good access. The staff were extremely helpful.

Right by the city gate and very close to the quay. Typical Ibis Styles decor, with an odd "sea freight" twist. Where did they get cobblestones-and-tramline carpet? Are the trompe-l'oile container ends fun or unnerving? I liked it.

Disabled room and bathroom was very large but it was quite obvious to me that a disabled person had not been consulted on the facilities, as these left a lot to be desired. The toilet was very low with only one single handrail. The shower screen was fitted to the far end of the shower which resulted in the whole floor being flooded when shower used with the towel rail installed under the actual shower head. There was no towel rail near the washbasin. The disabled toilet in Reception also was difficult as the door opened inwards and if in a wheelchair you would need more than one set of hands as the door was spring loaded. Yet again a very low toilet and only one handrail.

All perfect except bathroom. They're small and are not cleaned everyday
