Lekker dichtbij het strand en mooi uitzicht op zee. Je kan er veel doen zo als varen, steden bezoeken en diepzee duiken. Ook zie je hier veel luxe auto's zoals: maseratti ferarri,porsche en jaguars. In sant- tropez misschien zelf meer :-)

Very nice location near the beach. Room was nice, not small but not super big. A/C was enough to make the room warm. There was smell in the bathroom. WiFi was not good enough for the room. It was working when I go out of the door.

Downside: Wifi is free of charge - but was not working. At the time of our stay. Strange repeater setup with DHCP issues and a typical French orange DSL router on-off behavior make internet access random. Repair request ignored...

Evening Tapas offer is also high quality at OK price. Not much choice thou'. Parking is free but tight space. However, if you know the French Riviera, you will appreciate the closed parking yard.

Rooms are clean and ok equipped. The mattress of our room was of very good quality for a French hotel. Very efficient and silent air condition. Very helpful and nice couple running the hotel. French breakfast is of high quality with fresh orange juice and great coffee and French pastries - but not free of charge or included in any room rate as stated! 9.50€ per person and day extra is OK but adds up to >250€ for a night in high season.

El hotel es agradable, la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado y un buen colchón. Se encuentra alejado del bullicio de Sainte Maxime y enfrente a la playa. Los modos del dueño dejan mucho que desear. Pagamos mas de 150 euros por noche y cuando quisimos comer algo en una mesa de la terraza (el día que ellos no preparan cena) nos mandó a comer en la plaza. Les falta mucha cordialidad. No volvería.

Brilliant; The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. The service was wonderful and the hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Located directly across the road from the sea in a nice quiet area with views across the bay to Saint Tropez. The traditional French breakfast was fine but the dinner was to delicious. I would not hesitate in recommending Hotel La Villa at Sainte Maxime.

Situation: at the main circulation road of the gulf of St Tropez, hence not quiet at any time. Beach via a via, immediate access, but at the road. 10 mins walk from ferry to St Tropez (stop Les Issambres). FYI: the hotel is in city limits of Les Issambres.

In summary: it's a pity that I cannot give higher rating. Too many negative little details spoil the experience. Not much effort necessary to fix them...
