Madam, you pass a reservation on the site booking.
This site proposes a detailed presentation of the selected establishment as well as its conditions.
On our page it is written that the arrivals are made 16h with 19h30.
An email your was sent after the reservation to indicate to you that you could as asked to arrive afterwards with the proviso of contacting us the day of your arrival to know the access code to the hotel.
Out you do not do it and in more you awake us with 2h morning to enter to lay down you!!!
You indicate to us not to want your breakfast the following day.
We take the reservations the day before because our bread and our crescents are delivered each day.
The morning the breakfast is been useful until 9h30 approximately and to go down to 10h30 by not understanding that one are not useful to you!!!
Will know Madam that we are flexible, available and courteous as the majority of our customers in their opinions notes it but there are limits with the inaccuracy.
You then decide to leave because there are rules and well Madam in community there is I am sorry but indeed better is worth to remain on your premise if you are not ready to travel.
I add that my husband with running you afterwards to be paid bus in more you will steal us!!!

Friendly staff and nice location and it looked clean. The toilet had a rather unpleasant smell that didn't go away though, and there were ants in our room. Not preferable to sleep with ants crawling over the bedsheets.

Terrible service and poor establishments. The hotel is run by a French couple, and I couldn't help but feel in them a strong dislike toward tourists. We arrived after 7:30 -the latest time at which they're willing to check you in even though the sun hasn't even begun to set- and they immediately felt entitled to scold us. In the morning, when we went to have breakfast (which was supposedly included), they again had to scold us because "we should have let them know the night before that we wanted to have breakfast".

Super accueil. Et quelle surprise : une grande chambre avec tout le confort, salle de bains et WC séparés et le tout super propre. Lit confort au top. Hôtel de centre-ville non loin des restaurants. Pour la moto un box fermé à clef à 100m mis à disposition sans supplément.
Je recommande.

I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't like to have a bitter French couple constantly yelling at them.
