Absolutely adorable boutique hotel that sadly misses on some of the basics. Overlooking a cute walking street full of cafes is quaint and convenient but stays loud till 3 am. Every room has its own lovely decor that puts form over function, perhaps to inconvenient ends. The front desk is only manned during the day, which gets very risky very quickly on account of Murphy's Law. Unfortunately the plumbing, ac and the toilet in our rooms were not affected during the recent renovation -- there is no central air, the toilet is visibly rusty, and the bathtub has standing water after a shower (made doubly annoying by lack of curtains or a hook for the shower head). I couldn't find the "do not disturb" sign. Good for those who expect this, maybe.

Hotel bien situé dans le centre de Juan, dans rue animée. Chambre petite mais belle déco. Petit déjeuner un peu cher (13€). Cafetière Nespresso à disposition sans les chambres, et bonbons et cookies mis à disposition dans les parties communes

Hotel pulito e molto curato. Colazione abbondante. Unica pecca: uccelli in cortile che beccano il cibo,ma se chiedete di stare dentro nessun problema
