Booked the hotel and couldn't travel - they would not let me cancel 1 month before, they made 450 euros from me and also rebooked the room to make more money on top. Absolute rip off charlatans. Never stay with this group again. Be careful because they will rip you off if they get the chance. Not flexible or accommodating, poor business practice. "Manager" on the phone was very abrupt and dismissive, downright rude.

The hotel is situated close to the center of Lyon. Many of places of interest in Lyon are within easing distance of on your door step. The hotel itself is comfortable and the rooms spacious. The beds are a bit hard but that's just a personal thing. There are ample of sockets which is a must for me but if you're coming in a business trip and have work to do there isn't a desk in the room I was given so there may not be ample room to work. This however might just be the room I got and a desk included in better rooms. The heating works which is a good thing and something I've found lacking in other hotels. The staff are friendly however I did call for information on an ice machine and was simply told to get it from the bar instead of losing to bring some up to my room. Just a little touch that would have made a difference. In summary a comfortable hotel.

Nice stay. Spacious, clean and well equipped room. Great service. We needed a doctor on a Sunday morning (difficult) and the reception managed to arrange a reasonably priced in-room visit in half an hour.

Nice, little airport with friendly staff. Doesn't offer anything vegan, so if your flight is delayed, you will sit there starving as a vegan or be happy with the Lay chips. Please improve your food offerings!

Great service. A little off the beaten path for Lyon but close to Les Halles de Lyon. Which is awesome. They have a small pool and nice gym.

Not the nicest of locations, but not to far a walk into the old town.
