Excellent hotel with helpful staff. I don't speak any French and they were able to work with me and were very patient. 5 minute walk from the Metro Subway with a weekend market to browse. 15 minute subway ride to the city center you really couldn't get anything better in Zone 2. Across the street there is a small supermarket so you can stock up on cheap snacks to save money if you want. Safe and secure underground parking that cost 15 Euro a night which isn't bad compared to some hotels that will charge you twice that. Will definitely stay here if I drive to Paris again.

We were in journey to Paris and we stayed in hotel Mercure Paris.
Really we recommend that place to you.
it's was amazing service and facilities very clear and nice staff.
The room was including delicious breakfast.

Hôtel catastrophique ! Pas d'eau chaude, 90% du personnel ne vous considère pas correctement et manque de tact ainsi que de discrétion. Le petit déjeuner ferme une demi-heure avant l'horaire annoncé. Aucun geste commercial effectué malgré que l'on ai répondu de cette manière au questionnaire de satisfaction... Passez votre chemin.

The bar is actually quite lovely. The location is not the best, but the garden should help you forget the neighborhood !

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been recently remodeled. It is very clean and classy. The breakfast is amazing.
