Great location but we got a room with a small window. Another couple travelled with 2 kids and got a great room where the sofa bed converted into a bunk bed. Beware if you are driving... The parking is insanely tight!

Small but cozy room. Clean. View was to internal gravel covered area between towering floors. Window was locked closed. Ask for a room with street view at the least. Tea coffee with a small electric kettle and small water bottle are provided. Staff is courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good but had very little in the way of vegetables.

Stayed in a family room, which was a decent size for a French hotel. Clean, well appointed, good choice for breakfast and only a minute walk to the cathedral. Underground parking is tight but convenient and shouldn't be a problem unless you're in a pick-up or not very good at driving. Great value, highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff, great breakfast, many choices and well presented. Room was clean and spacious with a balcony. Price acceptable for location and facilities, as always bar prices aimed at expense accounts. Would return without any qualms.

Could not ask for a better location to the Cathedral and town of Rouen. It really made our stay in Rouen more pleasurable. The car park was small and tight but handy to have. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviced daily.

Modern hotel, located in the centre of the old town within 5 minutes walk of the cathedral. Limited views but very quiet despite being central. Spacious rooms with powerful walk-in showers.

First rate location right in the middle of Rouen close to restaurants and all the tourist spots. It has an underground car park which was a bit tight to negotiate with a big car but a godsend as we had a car full of stuff as we were stopping here for the night on our way south. We upgraded to a cathedral view room which was worth it as it had a rooftop terrace outside. Great to let the dogs out and for a smoke. Hidden charge for the dogs that wasn't apparent on the website, otherwise I'd give it a 5th star.
