Beautiful lobby, very friendly front desk and very beautiful rooms. Largest hotel room bed I've seen in Europe for me (406) beautiful shower. Love the rainhead and hand held in the shower. A separate water closet is very nice with multiple people in the room.

Very smart hotel close to the station but in a quiet road. Excellent pool and terrace. Rooms modern and with lovely shower room.

Beautiful hotel, very sweet staff. We loved this hotel it is excellent value for money. You can not find a better location. and the breakfast buffet was very good indeed at a great price The only thing I did find frustrating was the slow service. Waiting & waiting at the reception, waiting 20 minutes for tea, 2pm before the outside area was cleaned, cigarette butts sitting on tops of tables etc, staff walking by the mess outside and ignoring it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful & one had the impression that there was no manager over seeing things.

The hotel entrance is unassuming, but a total gem lurks behind its' doors. Beautifully redone in a style to complement the grand history of the hotel, we felt like we had stepped back in time when we entered the lobby and salon on the first floor. Our room was a total departure from the downstairs, however. Beautiful and modern, our room was decorated in a retro orange as an accent with neutral weathered wood ones and white as the main colors. With hardwood floors in the bedroom and beautiful tile in the bathroom, we could not have been happier.

Our stay here was great, even though we were only stopping through for one night. The hotel is very close to the train station, only a couple minutes to walk to. We were told it was recently remodeled, and I think it looks great. We stayed in about 8 hotels across Europe on our trip and this was probably one of the biggest, and the nicest. Large shower, separate room for toilet, big comfortable beds. There was a small bar inside, and garden seating outside which was very nice. The whole area is very walkable, and the sights, food, and people are wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
