Had an artist from Livenation staying here.would not let our private barber or press or brand reps into the room.Very unproffesional.when we complained the receptionist said"its not my problem" and when we asked to speak to the person in charge,they hung up on us.Do not stay here.Wish i could put 0 stars!

Nice hotel, in the center of everything, very Parisian. Our room was clean and looked remodeled and had a shower and toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looked as if it was going through a renovation, but it didn't impact our stay. The main issue we had with the rooms could be remedied by very basic additions: a fan could have been added (which would have allowed us great sleep, without having to keep the screen-less window open, letting in the constant chain smokers fumes (we smoke too, but don't care for the excess smell) this would have been horrible in the summer, since it got too hot to sleep), the room was void of simple hooks and shelves (which would have added extra places to hang items), the small room felt like living in a closet (which had no place to store luggage for a long trip, a possible addition could have been a bed on drawers or been taller underneath), the TV was constantly messed (I finally had to program my phone to operate, even with their remote), you had to leave the key at the desk (it would have brought piece of mind if they copied ID's or took pics of those who could grab the keys, since anyone could walk up and ask for a room key).
We wish we could have gotten into their larger room, but it was either unavailable or the website didn't allow to choose, we ended up in their second large room, which was still the size of a closet.
This type of hotel is perfect for single guest travelers with small luggage, but simple fixes would make it more enjoyable.

This is a very typical Parisian hotel - the room is tiny, there is no elevator, and there is no AC. That said, the room was clean, and it has a great location in La Marais, only a few blocks from the Metro. If you don't mind walking up stairs and squeezing into a cramped room, the Pratic is a great choice to save some money.

Small rooms, really small, like tiny room. Great hospitality, no room services (food). Great location.

Location is great, very close to metro station - really unbeatable area. Rooms and bathrooms are quite small but renovated and very nice. Staff are really lovely and willing to assist.
