A bit dated and in need of some redecorating and maintenance. The booking in machine outside is always out of order or (as this time ) out of paper and had no Internet connection. Had to wait several hours for reception to open. Would think again about returning.

Breakfast is not dense, but balancing the price and service, everything is ok.
Rooms are small and walls are not isolating enough from the sounds.
The hotel is well located considering that we had to stay close to Dunkerque, Cappelle La Grande and Lille.

Awful! Iv stayed in many cheap and budget hotels! Including many f1 hotels which are cheaper than this! Staff were very nice but hotel room was filthy ! Lesson learnt

1/ après réservation (2chambres pour 6 adultes) appel à l'hôtel pour prévenir d'une arrivée tardive (retour de Londres ) réponse du responsable pas de souci nous avons un concierge présent cette nuit là. Arrivée sur place personne distributeur automatique de carte d'accès.
2/ bien que réservé pour 2*3 adultes présence de seulement 2 grandes serviettes par chambre (et je ne parle pas de la propreté de ces dernières.
Conclusion : A éviter seul intérêt le prix!

1. Check in after 9pm: no key card was given out of machine
2. Called Emergency number: woman told us something in not very good English about "reception of Hôtel campanile" (sounded like hotel company; nobody said anything about "is next door") - although I tried in French - this woman finished the call although I said I had not understood.
3. Looked around, found nothing to go to, no other number
4. Called Emergency number again: then we were finally told to go "next door to Hotel Campanile" and then issue was resolved
5. 1 Double bed and 1 high single bed (not suitable for children under 6 years - our daughter is 3!!! - my husband and me then shared the single and our daughter had the double bed)
6. The lock of the door didn't seem very solid and did not seem very safe, but it still could lock the door
+/- 7. Breakfast was 5€ per Person: was a very very simple breakfast, no fresh fruit, no cereals, otherwise bearable, coffee was the best of all;
8. Shower in the bathroom flooded almost the whole bathroom:(

Conclusion: would never book again, not even for 1 night. But was the only available room this time and didn't have much time in advance to book it.

Basic hotel in need of some TLC. Ok as a stopover. The rooms are ensuite the bed linen was clean. There is a restaurant next door. Be aware of road noise from the main road.

Rooms are very tired and are not maintained. Staff unhelpful. No restaurant but was told there was one next dorr at Campanile which is the same company. However when they now you are from Premiere Class they will not serve you. Their restaurant was nearly empty when turned away and the same after having a meal elsewhere. Staff are unhelpful, at breakfast the receptionist was constantly on the phone and was not bothered even though food was running out. People where getting fed up and looking through the store cupboards themselves.

1. Could book breakfast on the automatic machine
2. Beds were ok and comfy
3. Price was ok but breakfast too expensive for what you get.
