Extremely rude & probably racist staff named Stephane at the restaurant. Hotel room is okay but pretty small. Hotel is located in a rough area so not safe to be out walking alone at night

Thus, had it not been for the personnel, it would have been OK for two stars. For three stars? No way.

Good hotel but showers didnt have doors and the bathroom door didnt shut or lock.

The breakfast was not bad. The restaurant had a menu consisting of three or four items, but what we got was reasonably good. The bartender was quite good, albeit slow.

This place does not have working air conditioning, spent the whole winter night shivering due to the absence of any heating whatsoever.

Everything was functioning well. Bed could be much more harder and better for a relaxed sleep. Food at the restaurant is good. Value for money. Breakfast is average. My friends who came for the tour were complaining about toilet light did not work, door key wasn't working etc but I did not have any issues. It also not very convenient as the location is away from the city.

Nice clean and quiet hotel.
Easy to get to and from the metro (5 min walk), or if you cycle, the Canal d'Orcuq and a very nice cycle route to Jaure's is nearby. Carefull riding around the Bastille..
Other than that, I am happy with the hotel and the people that run it and will be returning.
