Perfect place right in the center of Bordeaux. Everything is within short walking distance. It's right in front of the Opera House.

Not so fabulous,but not the worst. Guest service could pick up a bit, but the location seems good. Lots of great sight seeing possibilities.

The staff during our stay couldn't have been more helpful. There was always someone at your service. Our room overlooked the plaza that faces the Grand Theatre. At night the lights and action were exciting. Our stay always included breakfast in the dinning area upstairs. It was a wonderful buffet breakfast. The hotel has lots of charm and old style...

Beautiful hotel, conveniently situated with plenty of transport links to get around. Staff were really helpful and friendly and helped make our stay a memorable one. Definitely recommend!

Recommended by Rick Stein's Long Weekend for the Sole Menure - filleted Sole with a Chestnut mushrooms and beef stock sauce. Looked delicious.

We had a lovely stay here. We had been staying in an Airbnb apartment with noisy neighbour's so needed a good nights sleep. Lying on the huge, comfortable bed in our dressing gowns watching telly after a few cocktails in the bar was bliss. We didn't eat in the hotel but the drinks were well made and the staff were very friendly. Movie rentals were €20 which is very expensive compared to other hotels.

This is an excellent Hotel with great staff.
Yes the rooms are on the small side and a bit too dark.
Great location for exploring Bordeaux and plenty of restaurants in the locality.

Une soirée passée là bas. Cuisine délicieuse, service très professionnel, rien à redire. (Notez bien que je vais rarement dans ce genre d'endroit)

Good hotel made great by great customer service. Got to hotel earlier and they accommodated early check-in. Had some noise issue with our room so they moved and upgraded us, excellent location and decor. Only down side is the standard hotel breakfast.

This is just review of check in . Just coming in from a AGO to BOD flight I was less than patient with the gents ahead of me that seemed to be negotiating a mortgage verses a room . Someone must have noticed me glaring and game to assist me and took me personally to my room. The bell man didn't even linger for a tip !!!!
So far service great.
Interesting bath products are from SF ( my hometown for decades still the greatest place on earth)
Wi go spotty , my own fault for not planning ahead for travel wifi , a MUST . Excom global customer service rocks . Sergio is amazing
Great locale easy transit and walking .
Chose it due to dove tailing another trip. NOT my style but cannot complain .

Excellent SPA and terrasse. The hotel staff are always helpful and positive.
