Do not use. The office is held in a small van on the airport car park. Had to wait for one hour and ALL the cars aren’t cleaned as advertised. Best to stick with the regular car rental brands.

Appalling set-up at Toulouse airport. Even though there is a desk in the terminal there was a note saying to go straight to the pick-up area. This turned out to be a mobile office in the back of a van on the parking lot. This would have been ok except for the the queue which meant we were standing in the rain for nearly an hour. The staff did not have the facilities to do their job (3G internet connection to connect to their systems - and they crossed their fingers for luck every time they pressed 'enter'). Very basic price and I wasn't expecting the earth, but to be told to clean and vac the car before returning it was taking it a bit far. Overall very poor. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere - it's not worth it.

Très déçu à réception de la facture : de 44€ à la réservation, je suis passé à
94.40€ !
Une assurance de 21.90€ que l'on m'a fortement conseillée de prendre mais oublié de dire qu'elle était facturée / jour et un supplément de 6.40€ facturé sans explication!
De plus on vous débite votre VISA dans accord de votre part; j'appelle cela de l'escroquerie et je ne prendrai plus cette société de location pas très claire !!!

Toulouse aéroport = accueil parfait au comptoir, vraiment gentil. (attention, comptoir dans europcar) ; voiture, une mégane (excellente en conduite un peu sportive), un peu sale mais vu le prix... le retour se fait forcément avec une personne d'europcar qui vérifie tout donc pas de quiproquos. pour ma part, j'ai été enchantée.

The car was fine but the reception was grim. One person on duty on a Saturday afternoon to handle 8+ renters. I'd paid up front and had everything in place but it still took 10 minutes to get the car. The reception person was unhelpful and unfriendly and tried to kick me out of the reception cabin when I attempted to help a lady who was being told that her petrol tank would only be half full when her arrangement was to have a full tank. My car had minor unrecorded minor scratches that I tried to report but the receptionist was too overworked to look at the car so scribbled something unintelligable on the hire form. I was also told that my car would not have a full tank. When I showed her my RentalCars contract, she told me to speak to her manager on Monday! She then told me that my car DID have a full tank (did she give me another vehicle?). What a stressful palaver. HOWEVER, the reception staff when I returned the car were brilliant - friendly and helpful. InterRent: please note that sufficient, friendly staff are critical. I won't use you again.

My plane was delayed by 2 hours so I decided to call Inter rent Toulouse to give them a heads up. When we finally landed, they were literally the ONLY rental company who had closed shop without waiting for their customers on the delayed plane. Had to pay for an hotel and wait the next morning and they couldn't even apologise, the person at the desk was even considering charging me for late pick-up! Unbelievable.

Ce sont des voleurs!!!
Ont débité ma carte alors que j'ai rendu la voiture avec plus d'essence. Je leur ai laissé le ticket de la pompe pour preuve!!!
Impossible en plus d'obtenir une facture. Certes moins cher que les autres loueurs mais ils s'y retrouvent avec les vols qu'ils effectuent régulièrement.
Bravo!!!!

The car is as horrible as the customer service. I've been old the car was in perfect condition when it was not! The car was damaged all around! Went back to complain about it and I've been told the time wasn't convenient because it was only 2 people at the office and they didn't have time for me. And I don't mention the rolling eyes and attitude from one of them! I would recommend this company. Pay a bit more and get something better!

Un seul mot : "malhonnete" ! Je decouvre qu'on m'a facture 40 € de frais de nettoyage alors que la personne chargee de l'inspection m'assure que tout est parfait et que je peux y aller. Bien sur, la voiture etait tout a fait propre. Bien entendu, il etait ensuite completement impossible d'avoir qui que ce soit pour me repondre par telephone ou par email. Des pratiques de voleurs.

Bonjour, je suis très étonné de lire les commentaires sur la malhonneteté d'europcar inter rent, car pour ma part j'ai oublié mon porte cartes de crédit avec 500€en liquide ma carte vitale et 2 cartes de crédits dedans lors de la restitution au parking 2 de l'aéroport de Toulouse Blagnac. J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à joindre quelqu'un et j'ai laissé plusieurs messages vocaux, mais finalement le lendemain, la responsable Mme Samira el Ouardani m'a rappelé pour me dire qu'elle l'avait bien trouvé dans la Hyundai I20 avec les sous dedans et les cartes bancaires et elle m'a demandé si c'était aussi à moi la prise USB allume cigare (oui). Je viens de tout recevoir par lettre recommandée. Peut-être doivent-ils plus consciencieux sur les facturations intempestives ou injustifiées, mais en tout cas c'est toute l' équipe qui a été honnête avec moi, depuis la personne qui a réceptionné le véhicule, au nettoyeur et à la responsable ... Cà méritait d'être dit, F Fichepain
