This should be one of the top restaurants in the area. True craftsmanship in cooking. We had the basic menu with cheeses and it was anything but basic. Excellent tastes, fresh food, creative assembly. Good, not great, wine menu.

Tete de Vaux was all fat and no meat, the salmon was only partly cooked. I've had food poisoning for two days, which is very unusual for me. Don't go there is my advice.
