Staff are hugely attentive and friendly. The food is excellent, and the wine list is world class - try the st emillion! Relaxed atmosphere, and really accessible location.

This was a top stop for me in Paris. Great food, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. The sick was amazing, the fries were fresh cut, and even the some chicken was a delight. Hidden gem!

One expects a minimum of quality and manners when having a coffee near les L'arc de Triomphe. This place does not value their customers as most of them are one time tourists. Disappointed.

Hit and miss. The Arc burger is good and so is the rotisserie chicken, but aside from that there isn't much that stands out.

Food is just OK. Service on the other hand is far from ok. After being seated, menus were not brought to us until another couple sat near us. Their order was taken first even though they arrived after us. And they also received their food first. The waiter took a call while taking our order and did not make eye contact.
Later, we waited for our check for almost an hour. Making it clear that we were finished with our food and making eye contact with the waiter multiple times. Not only did we wait to receive our check, we had to wait to pay. My husband had to stand up and walk over to them. If you have 3 hours to spare and are looking for decent food and horrible service, this is the place for you.
