Great food with friendly service but not the best in the city for the price. We had the seat next to the door which is not ideal as there is a lot of in and out. Don't be in a hurry and reserve if you can.

Traditional Normandy fare, cooked homestyle. Serveral ' menu' options to suit most budgets @ 14.90 /24.90 and 33.50 euros. The steady stream of folks being turned away when I ate here from 8.30-10pm suggests a reservation is a good idea in high season .

Lovely atmosphere. Had a great meal last night at a different restaurant, but this one was even better. Had the price fixe meal... Spouse had scallop tart, veal, and apple tart, basked apple and calvados for dessert. I too had the scallop tart, sea bass, and profiteroles. Service was prompt and excellent, food hot, great plating, and superb taste. Little English spoken, but some of menu in English. Great bread too. Right by cathedral.

Hidden gem! Both the food and atmosphere was fantastic. I felt like we were eating in someone’s home. We ordered boeuf bourguignon and just loved it. Everything tasted homemade. It was our first authentic French meal since we were in France. I highly recommend it!

Two adults and two well behaved little girls who wanted to go in for a drink because it looked very pretty. However after waiting half an hour while the staff cleared tables moved chairs and generally talked to every other person we still hadn't had our order taken even after asking politely to be served - we left feeling very disappointed without having had a drink.
