We spent a fantastic evening dining at the Chef's table. The food and staff were amazing. Chef Loïc Lefebvre pulls food from his childhood memories and from the local cuisine and reinvents them in unique ways. If you are in Colmar, this place is not to be missed.

For me I judge a restaurant on it its food and service. The food is 5 star but the service is below par. On the cost of meal it is okaaa-y. Wished we had tried elsewhere in Colmar.

Service attentive but not overpowering. Ambiance cool but not clinical, original paintings on the walls. We tried the Petit Gallerie tasting menu. 5 courses plus amuse bouche and petit fours. Every course had a real wow factor. Concentrations, contrasts, layers of flavour. Immaculate presentation. At a price one can't afford often but not ruinous One well worth paying to discover some inspired and original cooking.

One of the best places for dinner in the city. The service is fantastic, the food is so good that t is difficult to put it down on words, and the environment is just perfect. Ideal for a romantic dinner or for a casual meet up with friends who like to enjoy delicious food and good wine. The Grande Galerie menu was just amazing.
