I love this place. Everything here just falls perfectly in place. The atmosphere, the furniture, the friendly waiters, and off course the food and wine. You can come here for some smaller tapas, but also for a bigger menu. The eggs with truffles and tangerine cream are a real recommendation. (Actually everything we ever had here is a real recommendation). You can taste that they work with really fresh ingredients here. The wine list is very elaborate and of good quality. But if you're not up to for a whole bottle, than you shouldn't be afraid to take wine by the glass. They have a large variety of good quality of wine per glass also.
A must go!!

Excellent hotel in Beaune. The location is second to none, right on the middle of town. The rooms are made up with high quality amenities, from the heated mirrors, to the towel warmer, to the free fancy water and espresso. Very clean and well designed. The restaurant downstairs serves good tapas and wine too. Only complaint would be the tight, narrow staircase which was somewhat challenging to navigate with luggage.

Une très belle adresse, l'appartement 2 est superbement décoré et très fonctionnel . Une situation géographique idéale au coeur du centre de Beaune . Le bonus , un gastro bar au pied de ce beau bâtiment historique, tenu par les gérants des chambres, un chef étoilé qui propose des mets raffinés avec une carte des vins à faire rougir les plus avertis. Seul bémol des chambres, le passage très régulier des voitures au pied du bâtiment sur une route pavée donc assez bruyant. Il faudrait que beaune investisse dans un coeur de ville piétonnier car ces voitures partout ca casse un peu le charme de cette ville chic et historique .

Great little wine bar with a small - because it's all freshly cooked to order - and excellent menu: Velouté de panais (parsnip), Parmentier de pata negra (duck), Oeuf à 63° aux truffes (lots of truffle!) were on it when we went. Totally delicious! I want to go back and do it again.

Epic food! Great little place on the square with really delicious food. Not much choice, but really good execution. We had a superb 3 poached eggs in I don't even know what covered in shaved truffles. Order it if you can - super yum!

Pushing on 5 stars door. I think you really need to know why your coming here. If all you look for is 4 or 5 stars without reading and understanding the reviews. Go pound sand. The food is well crafted dishes in the gastropub tradition. They do some remarkably lightly touched dishes that keep things fresh. If your looking to come out of here stuffed and your looking for an easy approachable cuisine shop elsewhere. They definitely put their spin on things. I think they have done a great job in my opinion, I look forward to coming here again.

The wines were delicious, if a little expensive, and the staff are professional but laidback enough for this sort of setting. Don't expect your food to be delivered quickly, though - as I said, it's cooked to order.
