on s'est régalé, dommage d'être passé lundi 31 octobre, pas de menu du jour cause veille d'un jour férie. mais le menu classique est excellent avec son porc espagnol. Serveur super sympa, le resto était plein.

Wonderful diner, warmful welcome, elaborated but simple French cuisine. In addtion, the site (village) is worth.

We later discovered that they were on holiday.

Not bad at all. It has changed hands several times and arguably the last owners ran a better restaursnt as far as the food goes. But the quality is still good. The menu is very worthwhile, ss a la carte I think this is overpriced. You can eat in Nines for similar prices in a 1-star Michelin restaurant. But lovely spot with good atmosphere and friendly servoce makes it the best place to eat in Sauve at present.

We travelled specifically to visit this place. They weren't open. There was no information to this affect on either their website or frontage.
