I would have given it 0 stars but that is not an option. The laundry man insisted on doing the laundry himself and said to come back at 2:30pm. Charged 17 euros. When we came to pick up the washed laundry, the laundrymat door was closed stating WILL BE BACK IN 5 MIN. He returned in 30 min. Clothes were damp, not folded and bunched in 1 pile + very wrinkled. Thats doing laundry "French style" WORST LAUNDRY JOB - EVER!!

Du grand n'importe quoi, le propriétaire n'a pas voulu que je mette mes vêtements dans la machine de base alors que ca rentrait très largement, a tenté de me faire payer 16 euros (!!!!!) la grande machine. En enlevant quelques vêtements il n'était toujours pas content et a refusé de faire l'essorage nous annonçant qu'il faudrait le faire nous même et payer en plus ce qui revient à 12 euros la demi machine.
Immense arnaque n'y allez jamais
