very bad service,no respect for loyal customer,had an account to this bank for 30 years and never had any otherdraft and bank ask for account to be closed without any explaination.Try to talk to an adviser in the months of july or august and you will see that they replace their staff with students.Also the rest of the year ,if you want to talk to an adviser you need to wait for a few days,but you need to remove the coffee break,the lunch break ,the pee pee break,and with some luck you might get somebody for a few minutes. A Europeen study last week found 122 banks in Europe that overcharged their customer with very high overdraft fees.This bank was one of them and may be they asked us to close account because we never had any overdraft!!!!
One advice,avoid LCL bank if you want service.
