We were happy with our experience at Le Balzac. Staff was friendly and helpful. I chose the ham and cheese omelette, which came with a salad(in reality it was simply lettuce with some dressing, but that has been common an various places so can't complain too much). My wife has the cheeseburger. We asked for medium well and got medium rare, not a huuuuuuge issue. Lastly, the chocolate mousse was delicious. Overall, not bad if you're in town for more than a few days and every dining experience doesn't have to be fabulous.

Fresh delicious food. We had salads and a burger and all were quite tasty. Staff were very friend. Coffee was amazing

Terrible restaurant..
The waiter is so rude and uncompetent. He didn't get correct order and never answer, so I paid the dessert that I did't order.
It was the most terrible restaurant I've ever gone. The food is awful. It looks like a paper piece that thrown carelessly anywhere.
If you see this review, never go this place.
This restaurant is so terrible that it spoil my trip.

Food was 7.5 out of a 10 scale. Good burger and fries and great salads. Waiter was somewhat rude to start but warmed up after we were nice to him. Good American food
