Millénaire is a Michelin rated 1-star restaurant. It is difficult to understand how that happened. First, the restaurant was 10-15 degrees Celsius warmer than was comfortable. Men who had worn jackets, immediately took them off and rolled up their shirt sleeves.

We really enjoyed the set menu and excellent service. Each dish was flavorful and complimented the next. Had a wonderful experience here and Le Millenaire is a highlight of our visit to Reims, highly recommend.

Even though this is a Michelin one star, I was not dazzled by the food. The 3 star rating is because I can't help but compare it to the Italian restaurant called feel como. The food was good yes, however i didn't get a sense of passion as I did in Italy. Maybe it's the difference in culture but... all in all a good place to eat when in reams and have the experience.

Monocular gastronomy at its best, then why the 4 stars, monocular cuisine is not my favourite type but definitely worth the try! And enough champagnes on their wine menu to satisfy anyone...,

Good food, nice wine.
Maybe too busy, service is ok.

Aside from sweltering through the meal, I would probably have given it 5 stars (crumbs notwithstanding). I suppose I should have worn a t-shirt and jeans like some of the other customers and been comfortable, but I tried to show respect for their hard work to obtain that Michelin star and dressed accordingly.

The "carré du cochon" had a lot of fat and wasn't that tasty so we would recommend staying away from this course specifically. Other courses were really nice.

Very good We had lunch there impromptu. It is a really nice modern restaurant. The food was really good by many standards, though in line with the prices.

Amazing service! My friend is gluten free and they took care of him with no fuss. All the food was delicious and perfectly prepared.

Great tasting menu, friendly welcoming service . Lacked atmosphere at lunch time.

Fantastic food and experience. Being a Michelin star restaurant a higher price point should be expected.
We did a 5 course menu for €53 and got 7 courses instead.
The wine and champagne lists were exquisite.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Recommended for travelers to Reims.

Service was good, but not great and certainly not Michelin star quality. The restaurant serves a delicious crusty bread and so there are often crumbs on the place setting. These were not cleared until the very end of the meal (I know it's splitting hairs, but these sort of things are what a Michelin star depends on).

The food was good, but not extraordinary. The one consoling consideration is that the 4 course prix fixe menu price I selected was very reasonable and the wine pairings by the glass prices were also very reasonable.

We had a very pleasant evening, the food was delicious and the service was just right. Well deserved Michelin star, specially the menus (we did the 35 and 53 euros) at this price point. Will recommend to my friends and probably come back.
