I hired them for my wedding in Thuret France. The appetizers that were for cocktail hour tasted bad and none of my guests wanted to eat them, even though they were very hungry. I ended up having to throw out an industrial size fridge full of left over appetizers into the garbage the next day. Veal dinner was good at least. Service was slow and confusing, not done in an orderly system. I hired a bartender from them and they didn't set up on time for my cocktail hour, nor did they replenish the bar continuously for the guests, since they didn't know how to make drinks for my guests. I had requested macaron pyramids for dessert, I received one pyramid display, while the rest laid flat on plates, so embarrassing and looked awful. When I voiced my concerns to them, they replied with disagreement on everything, ignored the fact that they didn't up hold their agreement on the dessert arrangements and threatened my order to pay. Which I always was but based on those disappointments you would assume a company that says they have worked for 20 years would have a more professional approach. After all it was my wedding night and that's once in a life time.

Maîtrise pas très bien les produits qu ils proposent, nous y sommes allés pour un devis, on nous a bien conseiller sur les formules, mais très peu sur le contenu des assiettes, assez vague
